This isn’t just another retreat.
This is a coming home to yourself.
Out there, the world is loud.
Endless notifications. Full calendars.
A pace that leaves little room for breath.
But here—
among the pines,
beneath wide skies,
within the quiet of your own body—
a slower rhythm is waiting.
This retreat is an invitation to escape the noise,
to remember what it feels like to move gently,
to drop back into your body,
and let the stillness nourish.
Come slow down with us.
Your soul has been asking for this.
Mt. Hood Village, Oregon / October 22-26, 2026

Founder + Retreat Host
Hi friends, I'm Sav! As an artist and entrepreneur, I’m deeply passionate about cultivating daily rhythms that support reconnection to my mind, body, and soul. One of my greatest joys is creating spaces — through both photography and retreats — that invite people back home to themselves in meaningful ways.
Over the years, I’ve moved through seasons of grief, growth, expansion, and deep transformation — each one shaping me in profound ways. Throughout it all, I’ve leaned on rhythms of rest as an anchor, allowing me to reconnect with myself and move through life with more intention, softness, and clarity.
It’s such a joy to invite you into this retreat experience — one I believe has the power to create lasting ripple effects long after you return home.

Yoga & Mindfulness Guide
Hi, I’m Liz! I’m an outdoor adventure seeking Earth dweller that loves sunrises, sunsets and staring at the moon and stars! It is my pleasure and privilege to guide you through the beautiful practices of yoga, meditation and breath work during this retreat. I’ve been a practicing yogi for over 20 years and deepened my practice with my 200hr RYT yoga teacher training in 2021 at Yoga District in Washington, D.C.. After my initial certification I have completed continuing education and certification in Yin, Restorative and Hot Yoga. I am also a licensed and practicing massage therapist with thousands of hours of hands on experience. I love sharing the path of yoga with others because it has the ability to transform our lives on and off the mat. It’s a practice that meets us wherever we are in our individual physical, mental, emotional and spiritual journeys and invites us into deeper connection and integration with our truest self. I look forward to holding space for you to experience the magic of these powerful practices!

Nature Therapy Guide
I'm Jill! I believe whole-heartedly that nature is medicine. My journey through life has always included time in the mountains, prairies, meadows, and forests: as a child, as a mom to two amazing men, as a teacher, as a nature photographer. While I was researching education in outdoor environments for all ages as an early childhood special education teacher, I discovered the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku (forest bathing). Immersing yourself in nature calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, and reduces cortisol (our stress hormone). Now, I support others in finding the power of this practice for themselves through Walk the Forest Nature Immersion Walks. Nature is the therapist, I am merely the guide. I am so honored to be included in this special retreat to provide intentional invitations as we wander, sit, and find peace and joy near the mountains and among the evergreens.

For the woman who longs to come home to herself—
in the hush of the forest pines,
in the steady rhythm of her breath,
in the sacred truth that rest isn’t something to earn,
but something to return to.
For the one who wants to move slowly,
to feel sunlight on her skin,
to be fed in every way—body, soul, and spirit.
To write, to stretch,
to wonder at the world and her place in it.
This retreat is for you—
the brave one,
the tired one,
the one still reaching for beauty.
We’re saving you a place in the stillness.
